Good, could be better

Note: I’ve only really been able to play the inside mode.
This definitely has potential. The concept is fun and the gameplay is pretty solid. I think keeping it simple and making progression score-based is a good decision. It makes it very in line with the original game.
However, it can get quite repetitive and I have other gripes. I think some kind of long term progression would be nice, even if it didn’t effect gameplay. Maybe you could rarely spot special invaders that come with different colors, gradients, or effects. When you shoot them, you could collect them and have them orbit your ship like a little pet. Maybe they could even provide a small unique boost of some kind.
I also generally like the game’s aesthetics, but I think the invaders being flat and untextured is a miss. I think having an internal glow like in Arkanoid v Space Invaders would be nice.
The hit boxes are also kinda janky. There are plenty of times where bullets hit me even though it really feels like they shouldn’t. Invaders also frequently clip into geometry and the camera movement can be disorienting.
Ultimately, I really hope this game can go somewhere special! I feel alone saying that I’m a big space invaders fan, and it’s been a minute since the series has gotten recognition. This feels like a good start but maybe not a whole game. Please advertise this game more!

Very good, but more features and bug changes would be nice.

Now this is a very good game. But there are some things you need to fix.

1. Some times enemies can spawn very close or even inside of you.

2. Enemies can also phase through walls.

3. When entering a portal a white hole can appear.

Added features that would be nice.

1. To raise the steaks a bit, enemies could use their power ups.

2. A bonus stage could help players get more points, though this would stray from the original. (Though l might be wrong because I have never played the original)

3. Again to add more difficulty, there could be a stage where you actually go to their dimension! This would have more more enemies and perhaps a more complex structure. There could even be stationary turrets to shoot you down.

I don’t mean to put too much stress on you. But anyways Keep up the good work! (:

Great fun but bug prone

This game is really addicting when you’re able to play. But there are some frustrating bugs, such as being outdoors but the game still thinks you’re inside at certain spots. Or another error that might come up mid-game that says you’ve exited the playing area (even if I didn’t move at all)…and this one is worse since sometimes it’ll just kick you out of the game in the middle of a hot streak. It would be good to have the option to play indoors via choosing to play only in VR mode (as opposed to the AR/VR combo currently in place).
But overall this game has great potential, just some issues that need addressing.

The game availability differs by region. The gameplay is optimized for areas where Geospatial API is available. Currently, Geospatial API is available in over 100 countries in any mapped area covered by Street View. We hope to expand to other regions in the future.
