Quick Guide:
1. Install spacedesk DRIVER software for Windows Primary PC.
Download from: https://www.spacedesk.net
2. Install this spacedesk Viewer app for iOS.
3. Open this spacedesk Viewer app and connect to Windows Primary PC.
Connection: USB or LAN (Local Area Network).
LAN: Driver and Viewer must be on the same network
- via Mobile Hotspot
Note: Does NOT need internet connection!
The Windows Primary Machine running spacedesk Driver...
...supports Windows 11, Windows 10 or Windows 8.1. Apple Macs are not supported.
Dual monitor and multi monitor configurations are supported.

The Secondary Machine or Device (iOS network display client)...
...is an iPad, iPhone or device running the spacedesk iOS app.
The wireless and wired cable connection...
...connects Windows Primary Machine to Secondary Machine or Device over USB, LAN (Local Area Network e.g. Ethernet) and/or WLAN (Wireless Local Area Network).
Local Area Network connection can be wired or over WiFi. TCP/IP network protocol is required.

Simply amazing app! Just what I was looking for!
I just love when an app does simply one thing and does it right! And that’s not easy to do these days. I used to use Duet but stopped because they got greedy. Forget about Astropad for even higher pricing. Splashtop never worked on my work PC probably due to some security setting. And today, I really needed to use iPad as a second monitor for my work PC, and miraculously found this through googling. I skeptically downloaded this on my iPad Pro and on Windows 10 PC, and I couldn’t believe it just worked! No crazy setup steps. True plug and play. Having some issue connecting through USB, but WiFi connection was automatic w/out any issue so not complaining. Thank you!

Amazing app !
I normally don’t bother writing reviews for any products I use. But this definitely deserves one.
I am currently teaching virtually to a group of students. It’s my first time doing so. I needed a second monitor, one I can use for teaching virtually. I tried using Duet. It wouldn’t work, no matter how much I tried. I paid for the app and membership, still wouldn’t work. I gave up trying.
I was suggested to try this app. I was cautious, since I didn’t hear anything about it.
After using it for an entire month, it’s definitely the best app I have come across. I am surprised it’s for free! The app is amazing. I really can’t think anything negative about it. I do wish there was a way to connect to iPad using a wire instead of the network connection. Other than that, I can’t complain about anything else.
Thanks again for making this app. It was a game changer for me at work.

When/If it works, it’s awesome
Roughly One out of Ten times I try to use it, it works, and it’s great. Still allows touch controls, responsive and crisp picture, I like it. Nine out of Ten times when I need to use it, it can’t find my main computer to connect.
I have tried everything. Reboots on phone and computer. Updating app on phone and program on computer. Praying to the digital and silicon gods. Absolutely nothing makes a difference. To say that it works once a week is giving it too much credit. Why do I still check it to see if it will work? Because that one day a fortnight it wants to go, it makes my day so much easier.
Beware this one. Until I can figure something out, it remind at Two stars, because when it works, I love it. But I cannot rely on it.
