Spark – Email App by Readdle 4+

I love checking my email with Spark!

I have never enjoyed email as much as I do with Spark. It takes some time to get used to, at first, learning the keystrokes and archiving or marking all finished email chains as "done". Thanks to Spark and the smart filters, AI tech, and incredibly intuitive keystrokes, I rarely have more than 10 unread important emails in my inbox. The AI for detecting Newsletters and Promotions as well as Updates is very refined and I rarely have issues with Spark incorrectly identifying promotional emails or updates from various services I use. I've barely scratched the surface of all that Spark mail can do.

My one and only complaint is the different applications/interfaces of Spark Mail for Windows and Spark 2.0 for Mac. I would like to see Spark 2.0 make it to Windows or at least for them to look the same and feel the same. Also, it is strange that the keystrokes need to be manually changed to get the two versions to match. Finally, Spark 2.0 integrates with most applications way better than Spark Desktop for Windows, I would like to see that fixed as well.

Once again, I cannot recommend it enough, Spark is worth the download! Give it at least a couple weeks to a month to try it out, as it takes some time to get comfortable and clean up your inbox. Spark is at it's finest when you have been using it for enough time to get used to it, I will never go back to outlook again.

Better than Superhuman

The bost of Spark vs. Superhuman just creates instant value and all of the power features that allow our team to quickly and efficiently manage email are here. My team struggled keeping on top of our email inboxes until we started using Spark. The collaboration features are insanely awesome, no more back and forth emails on how to respond to clients. My team just addes each other to emails and asks questions, they get answers, and the response is sent in a matter of minutes instead of days. Shared drafts is especially amazing for my team so we can help each other proof read. I wish it had a few more integrations with Google Meet for example, but we overlook that because the efficiency we've gained using Spark is off the charts. The smart inbox is a game changer, I tried using smart inbox in Gmail but emails still got lost...no more with Spark. I know what's important, what's not, and can rocket through my inbox in seconds. My inbox stays at inbox zero constantly, not weekly or monthly...contstantly! Templates are awesome too, I'd love to see some more merge tags using third party integrations if that was possible and a Calendly integration. Anyway, we love this app at work and I now stay 100% on top of my work personal inboxes during the day every day, it's awesome to actually be able to focus on work instead of focusing on getting through my email. Well done!

Best Multi-Account Email Client I've tried!

I'm a dual OS user (currently Windows 10 & macOS)-- and I have been since 1996 (Windows XP & Mac OS8/9). Ever since my company dropped CC:Mail (circa '90s) and migrated to Microsoft Office and Outlook, I've been using it successfully on Windows and Mail on my macOS (ever since Mac OS X 10.6, Snow Leopard). Mail started having issues with my multiple accounts (10 ), so I switched over to Outlook, which I honestly liked much better. At first, it worked fine, but then started having the same issues as Apple Mail-- locking up, hanging-- the only app in my aresenal that seems to do so! I have Outlook 2019 for Mac (and 2016 before it), which is nearly identical to Office 365 version, but it still just can't handle it. Constant pauses. I have been searching for an email client that would work better than Outlook for a while-- either the feature set was too sparse, or it was too thin and/or buggy.

Enter Spark. Whew! What a life-saver! I've been using it for a month or more now, and not a single lockup. LOVE the Smart reading pane-- FANTASTIC! Outlook could learn a few things (besides getting rid of the bugs with multiple accounts)!

I only wish that Spark was a true stand alone app and didn't force me to create an online account with them. I would happily pay money for the client-- but I guess with the online account I'm sharing data that essentially is.
