In just a few minutes a day, Spartan Home Workouts will keep your body healthy, fit and in shape! The app is equipped with workouts for every fitness level. You can even create your own workout routines! Spartan Home Workouts also has custom nutrition plans, built to help transform your body in as little as two weeks!

Spartan Home Workouts offers many different workout types (BBG, HIIT, high intensity, beginner, intermediate, advanced, etc.) each of which displays the intensity level of the workout.

To reduce the risk of injury and promote optimal training, the workouts contain stretching and warm up movements.

Our exercise library contains more than 140 exercises and will continue to grow! High quality videos and animations help you execute the proper movements for each exercise. Every exercise contains a muscle group image which explains which muscles are used while performing the exercise.

Spartan Home Workouts also contains advanced training and workout plans which guide you through the process of becoming a stronger version of yourself.

There is no need to perform workout routines at the gym, as most workouts can be performed out of the comfort of your own home, or at a hotel, or at the local park.

Workouts and training plans are largely based on the principle of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), which can help speed up your fat loss, resulting in better overall health, a higher fitness level, and increased metabolism for fat burning.

A monthly subscription is $9.99 per month, a three-month subscription is $14.99, a six month subscription is $24.99, and a one year subscription is $49.99. (Prices may vary by location). Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period, and cancellation of the current active subscription period is not allowed.

The renewal rate will be according to your subscription $9.99, $14.99, $24.99, or $49.99.

In addition, we offer a free trial period on a six-month subscription!

After purchase, you can deactivate automatic renewal in the settings of your iTunes account. Additionally, you can manage all of your subscriptions after purchase using your Account Settings.

With all the different work out plans you should allow an opportunity to purchase all the plan in a bulk price package.

Wow!

I am just getting back to working out and this app is a great jump start. I was just running on my own the past few weeks, this app pushed me a bit harder and I worked up a great sweat! I like that no special equipment is needed and the beginner workouts can be completed in about 20 minutes each day.

Frustrating Bug

Won’t lie, I really do love this app, but I’m consistently frustrated by the Insane Challenge workout. Every time I try to do it, the app bugs out and instead starts doing the Triceps Smasher workout. I even paid for the full app hoping it would fix it, but no luck. If it weren’t for glitch, this would be a five star review.
