Awesome app!

Love the features, it shows you the next workout to prep for while in “rest” mode and the animations are so helpful as a guide for the unfamiliar exercises to me. Such a great app and happy I came across it! I gave it a 4 just because I wish there was a little audio to signal when a countdown is complete so I’m not focusing on the app during the exercises. But other than audio, it’s great!! Thanks for putting this out there!

Worth a try if you’re serious

Super easy to use and gives good visuals on what you’re supposed to be doing, or what it should look like. It allows for many levels of fitness from total beginner to fitness regular. Unlike most fitness apps this works without having to pay, and when you do pay you get access to more workouts, more plans, and more exercises. Would recommend!

I've recently downloaded this app and I can tell you that I'm more than satisfied! So simple and easy, yet effective way of learning how to properly work out and get the best possible results (in a rather short time)! This is definitely one of the better apps and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get fit and stay in shape, both experts and beginners!
