Sensory Speak Up Too is a visually stimulating simple game style app that responds to sounds.

Speak Up Too can be used to encourage children to vocalise and make sounds, either through the internal microphone or via and external microphone.

Designed to assist with speech therapy, the louder the voice sound, the bigger the animal shape or pattern becomes. Lots of fun animal characters and balloons to move or grow by voice. The sound threshold for a visual response can be adjusted easily.

Instructions for using the Speak Up Too app:

1. Ensure Speak Up Too has access to the iPad or iPhone microphone (iOS Settings, Privacy)
2. Set the minimum and maximum microphone levels on the home page of the Speak Up Too app. Minimum sound threshold is the top slider, maximum sound threshold is the lower slider.
3. Choose the effect window and make a sound!

Downloaded This App Seconds Ago

I downloaded the app and proceeded to open the app and it closed immediately. I can not open the app or it will not stay open long enough to for me to use it. Very disappointed. I've deleted the app twice and have downloaded it three times and still it will not operate properly. Please resolve this issue.

Great potential but keeps crashing

Please fix. I download the app. But after use once every time I try to open it won’t open. So I try to download it again but it does the same thing. I would love to keep using this app.

Has potential but doesn’t work

I think that this app would work well to encourage speech and noisemaking. Unfortunately the app refuses to stay open after initial download. It crashes immediately.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with our Speak Up Too app. It sounds like the app doesn't have permission to access the devices camera or microphone, which it uses to detect sounds.

To check this, open the iOS Settings app and scroll down to find the Speak Up Too app and tap it. You should then see switches for Microphone and Camera. Check that both of these are switched on and then try to launch the app again.
