Please support Open from Files for iPhone 6s/iPad also!
Thank you very much for your support for iPhone X in the version 1.7!
Could you please check to enable the Open from Files/ Google Drive for iPhone 6s/iPad also?
Many of my students depend on the app to practice reading long English paragraphs and they use iPhone 6s, 7 or 8, which can still run iOS 13, but somehow cannot open audios with Speater.
This is a “first impression” review, because I’ve only just discovered this great little app. I’ve been searching far and wide for a music player suitable for language learning. A key feature is the ability to skip back and forth within a recording using finely tuned time increments. This app seems to be just about perfect in that regard. The huge space allotted to lyrics is a particularly nice bonus feature. I’ve been using Cesium for months now, and find it to be better than Apple’s default player. But even if Cesium ever got around to adding a 5 second rewind feature (which I’ve asked for a dozen times without success), it still would not come close to Speater. I only wish I’d discovered it sooner.
Please support “Dark Mode” and “Split View”
I’ve been using this app to study foreign languages with 2 ipads because “Split View” is not supported yet. One for audiobook listening with this app and the other for ebook reading.
Since latest update, “Dark mode” user would be panicked to find their file lists on the playlist. All “white” file names were hidden in “white” backgrounds.
