Enjoy music at a deeper level with realtime visualization! Spectra is a lightweight music & audio visualizer app that allows you to select and visualize audio in realtime, right on your phone or mac. Want to export your visualization? We have you covered. Simply click the "Create Video" button from within the app. No longer do you need expensive software to create those beautiful animations you've seen on the internet. Want to customize the background image or put a logo in the center? We made that available as well. In fact, you can customize just about all aspects of the visualizer. You can even import audio files from apps like iMessage or Mail using the share sheet. Here's how it works:
The sound we hear is made up of many frequencies. The visualizer decomposes the audio input into its frequencies and displays the lower frequencies at the top/left of the audio spectrum and the higher frequencies at the bottom/right of the spectrum. This can create some cool-looking shapes that all correspond to the currently-playing audio track!

Whether you're a producer that wants to see the frequency range of their song, an audiophile, or someone who wants to take a deeper look into their music, this app is definitely for you.

• More control over twitch and scale bass effects

Hello!

I’ve been using this app for a few months now and I gotta say I love it a lot! It’s so addicting to use and it’s just an enjoyable app to mess around with. What would be really cool is if you added like moving live backgrounds and make it move to the beat, that would be really cool! And it would be really cool if we could buy or use more visualizers not like the 3 free presets maybe add like a dlc like thing to the app where you can buy a pack and get like 3 more new visualizers along with some really cool backgrounds. Of course that’s my opinion and I think it would be cool if that could happen sometime and of course I won’t force you to do any of that, just wanted to let you know this app is awesome and keep up the great work! Thank you so much for the review! You can find more presets shared by other users in the Discord server (join button can be found within the app). You can also use videos as backgrounds so you can design them to animate however you want and then use them. Hope this helps!

Omg yes, i found the app 😍❤️❤️

I love this app, this is the best one so far, the only thing that needs to be fixed is the apple music thing:/. The problem is that i cant even use Apple Music in this app, the only thing i see is playlists. I tried making a playlist and it showed but when i tap on it there are no music:/. I have to download music to get the app to work.
If you could fix this problem, then my phone will not be anymore and i will actually use this app more:). Thank you for making this app.
Plz dont make me think i wasted 99cents to make my phone full:(

As the description for the app states: the app supports “real-time visualization of any audio file, iTunes music (not Apple Music), or Spotify song”. Apple Music is DRM protected and can’t be visualized. This is not a bug but is unavailable due to Apple’s restrictions. If you want to use music from iTunes, it must first be downloaded to your phone so that Spectra can play and analyze it in real-time. Again, this is due to Apple’s restrictions and there’s not much I can do about this

I love this app so much, I spent four hours today trying to find a website on my computer that would be able to make something like this for me. Eventually I gave up and went to my phone to look for an app and I discovered this one. It was perfect for what I needed. Thank you so much for keeping this app free and add free, unlike the 20 other apps and websites that I have been to today. I just have one suggestion, next update if you added different wave/sound circles this app would be even better than it already is. Thanks!
