Can't login to my spectrum mobile app
I been locked out my spectrum mobile since February 6th of this year. I recently called this morning to figure out why when i change my password for SPECTRUM MOBILE it changes the password for the spectrum app to check my internet bill. I thought it was two separate accounts anyways I change my password for my spectrum app to check my internet bill monthly this morning with the first customer rep who helped me wonderfully and was transferred to spectrum mobile to switch the password to get into SPECTRUM MOBILE app only to end up with my password for the spectrum app dealing with my internet bill to be changed to whatever the second customer rep and I switched it to smh and still can't get in the SPECTRUM MOBILE app with the new password or old passwords.
Watch out calling to inquire re: a spectrum phone
I called regarding getting a spectrum phone which sounded good. I have spectrum tv and internet and have been happy with it. After talking with the rep, I told them I had to hold off on buying the device until I could make sure I could get away from sprint. The person said fine but make sure you call back and order it from us. Next thing I knew I had a phone sent to me. I called and said I had not ordered it so they sent an envelope to return it. That got misplaced, as I was caring for my 94 yo mom who was dying. I asked for another one but if you don’t get the phone back to them within 14 days of when they sent it you are stuck with it. They are now charging me for a phone that I did not order and is older than my current sprint phone and that phone has never been opened and the sim card never inserted, so I say be Warned, that if you even call to inquire about their phone you just might get stuck paying for something you never actually wanted. I am still with sprint but they have my payment info. Thru my billing with spectrum TV. I was so busy caring for my 94 yo mom who did die but they had no mercy, 0 customer service. Be very , careful if you ever call them about their phones. WARNING!!!
Very Happy With Spectrum Mobile
Sure there are dead spots, struggles, & network issues, but 99% of the time my phone works well. In comparison to Verizon it’s literally the same thing. The only thing I miss is Verizon’s external router for my Mac when I’m out & want to work from a coffee shop. I really miss that super fast mini router hookup. I’m hearing I can just use my phone as a hotspot. I’ll be trying it out on my mini vacation this weekend. For $45 per month per line & 20GB of data each phone per month, I’m very satisfied. At one point i was paying $300 per month for my daughter & I. Verizon is ridiculous, but maybe they’ve changed some. I never thought I could like the cable company again but I do. They have finally found a way to compete & save us money! Thx Spectrum !
