Fraud

This company will absolutely not provide any customer service support. I have been double billed each month since the start of my subscription and the response by this company is that they have no control and can’t do anything on their end about billing or membership cancellation. Such an easy out to continue to take people’s money. Absolutely unacceptable when they are receiving the money. Nothing but fraud.

Hello. As we explained to you when you reached out, Apple does not allow us to issue a refund when you have paid through the app store. I wish we had more control in this regard but this is an Apple policy and is not something that we can change. We encourage you again to reach out to Apple to ask them about why they charged you twice for the membership and how you can get your money back. Apple has great customer support and should be able to help you. Apple will then take the money from our account to send it back to you. For your safety, Apple does not give the app developers access to your credit card or payment info.
