Speech2Text TTS Translator 4+

I have used the app once to dictate a recipe as my mother in law told it to me. The results were quite accurate; however the consistent pop up adds almost rendered the application unusable. If you are going to make a free version then either make it useful, or don't bother. (How about a few day time limit?) the adds across the bottom aren't so bad, and neither was the banner encouraging purchase of the add free version, but the every thirty second full pop up adds are egregious harassment. Right now I'm so annoyed that I might just erase it. I gave it two stars, but I'm changing it to one.

If truly interested in speech to text, just buy the add free version, saving the annoyance, and the desire to blow it off.

Shocked to encounter a forced ad upon first launch. Then another. And yet another. Got to view actual app content for less than 2 seconds before two more forced ads that i couldn't get to bypass. An app like this leans towards being am advertisement click mill scam. Unusable. Not even sure why it exists on apple store. Wasted install time, wasted time to try and view app. Waste of time it will take after writing this review to delete it from my iphone. First aggressive spam app i have personally encountered on app store. Its a shame.

Maybe it was the red, black and blue ever-present banner at the top that kept flashing out, "Please buy the ad free full version!" Maybe it was the dimming of the screen and the pop-up that kept showing up to tell me I have one new App and switching me to the App Store. Maybe it was the annoying banner at the bottom of the screen that switched between trying to sell me cheap car insurance or get me to download a free game. Then it surprised me by translating my speech to text nearly perfectly. But, the overwhelming hard sell made this app one that I'll delete rather than pay to own.
