Great Job Devs!

I really appreciate this experience being spun out separately from the speechify app! keeping my books and notes/research separate is a much more pleasant and focused experience. also, I love the little Easter egg of the messages that pop up when you long press the app to move it around the Home Screen- didn’t know that was a thing, and it really made me smile. thanks for creating a viable alternative to the Behemoth of audiobooks, and making audiobooks so much more flexible in consumption. the fact that the audiobooks have printed text for occasional silent reading without losing my place is A+ functionality.

Excellent customer service

My experience with Speechify has been great so far, and it only got better when I had to interact with someone involved in customer service! Wanting to purchase a book with a credit, and seeing that I was unable to do so, I contacted the customer service via text message, and they got back to me fairly quickly. Since the title I was after was unavailable for purchase with a Speechify credit, I was offered a complementary credit to balance it out! Keep it up, speechify! You guys are certainly solidifying yourselves as a major competitor against Audible.

Switched from Audible

I’ve been an Audible user for years, but recently tried out speechify after seeing a clip of Brandon Sanderson exposing Audible for their terrible treatment of small authors. He released his new books only on speechify, so I gave them a shot. The experience is so much better, and I get cheaper credits for books. I can see this app overtaking Audible at some point. Thank you!
