Totally Recommend!! 💜👏

Easily a 5 star rating! Simple, smooth, actually works & it’s affordable! I can’t remember when a productivity app checked off every requirement I was needing. Also, they have in app support chat that also gets a 5 rating because they respond to you in seconds & are amazeballz! I’m Not kidding! It’s almost instant! PLUS, it’s a real person!! Nothing makes an already perturbed person even more frustrated than having to rephrase a simple question/problem over & over to a stupid bot that ends up making me feel like a complete dumbazz for not deleting the app immediately!

My question wasn’t really a problem, but I needed clarification & my customer support rep quickly answered my question & then even asked me if I would like some free credits!?! I didn’t have a complaint or a problem & yet they went above & beyond anything I expected! A+

Thank You Guys For Bring Back Customer Service!!! I was sure it was a thing of the past.

Easy and quick

Very easy, smooth and quick to fax. A pop up box appeared stating fax sent and completed. I tried this app using the free trial period. As previously reviewed by another which made it easier to try the free trial option, credits needed to use this app fax. Pressing the “free credit” link posted the number of credits needed to send the fax. Bingo!
Not clearly explained but thanks to a previous review I followed their direction for the free trial.
Another thing that’s also not clearly obvious or explained is the number used for the sender to alert the receiving end to find the fax document associated with the sender’s number. For receiving business that receive a lot of daily faxes.
That being said, I’ll look into the app help areas for information on this question.
Finally, thanks to a previous reviewer that help me in the case of trying the “free credit”option, please add reviews if others use the fax app to also assist with future users! Cheers mate! Good luck!

I give it a 5. Great experience. They are very responsive in chat. Initially tried the app but was unsuccessful so I opened the chat function and received a response in 10 secs. I had trouble saving the photos to send. They walked me through the process of saving the photos. Actually, it was my error on my side. I was able to send the fax and received a confirmation. It took about 3 min to send 5 pages which is pretty standard. Chat person actually confirmed he saw it sent. The response to solve my problem was just great.
