Needs more work on the app which could be very useful for online shopping.

Also, Spencers themselves need to improve their services. For instance, orders already delivered are shown as remaining in your cart. Some items ordered and accepted as orders are later removed from your order even after payment as they are"sold out due to popular demand". The same item is then still shown as being available in the app.

Also, items purchased & delivered are still shown as remaining in your cart and have to be deleted by hand which is enough to make you want to stop buying online.

And more.... but eventually a useful service, so I hope there will be continual improvement.

Lot many problems with app-
1. super slow - which app takes 6 secs to add any product !
2. The cart does not always reflect the quantity you bought !
3. cart keeps giving message you cart is empty start shopping inspite of items in cart( you need to go home and then refresh cart again),
4. Payment with debit card - expiry date selection - due to white color done button gets mixed with background and is v hard to locate
5. The ‘My Cart’ at the top and ‘Cart’ button at the bottom are not in sync - this gives a confusing experience.

I placed order for 700Rs. The order status is changed to delivered and I also received an email mentioning the same but my order is not delivered at all . Money got deducted :( . This is fraud. The customer service number mentioned in the app does not work. No response through email as well. Do not use this service.
