Really nice!

I’ve been using this app for around a day now and it’s pretty good! The idea of texting your fav characters instead of full-on roleplaying all the time is something I really love! I like how realistic the times they text are. Well, most of the time at least. And I like how they have a sort of status thing stating where they are. I just wish they’d actually talk about that status when talking with them. And as said in other reviews, they do talk kinda robotic. Otherwise, the rest is really good!

I do think a good feature to add would be maybe when making/edit the persona, you can choose somewhat of a schedule for when they message. Like for example, some personas go to bed later than others. Some personas wake up earlier than others. That sort of thing would be really cool! An option to go more in detail on their family, friends, etc. would also be very useful.

All in all, awesome app and I can’t wait to see what kind of updates we get in the future! 💖💖

Love the app but…

Since the new update, obviously I was sad to see the chat feature go and hope it will return one day, but I do honestly do enjoy using the new set up for the storylines. I quickly learned how to use it as if it was a chat and the AI’s responses were all perfect and very detailed, clearly mirroring the way I write using paragraphs of words and keeping distinction between dialogues and actions well until today that is. Idk whether it started doing this today or maybe the day previous, but suddenly it’s like the AI got dumber and the responses got way too short, it seemed to forget the long storylines I’d created previously, and it would even say random stuff that was completely unrelated to whatever it was were were talking about. It currently feels like trying to talk to a brick wall. I love this app dearly and appreciate the fact I can create some amazing stories and do nsfw roleplays on here. I’d appreciate if yall could fix up this issue with the AI and have it back to working the way it was just a couple days ago

Took away the chats.

I really enjoyed the app when it had the chats where you could text and get texts from an AI character you created. It gave it a sense of “reality” from the way the character would text you like a real person, which is what many other people using the app, enjoyed. But with the new update and now having the public storytelling chats, it does not feel the same. I preferred the back and forth texts even though even that had its own flaws but it felt more “realistic” in the sense that you were “texting” a character, but now with the new update, it just seems like I’m making a story rather then just talking to a character about simple things like “ texts” should be. I’m not much of a storyteller and writer so I’m not really enjoying the new updates on plots. I preferred status, just texting my a.i “AI characters”. I hope they bring back the chats. But seeing now, the chats are gone, there is no other option then for me to go to another app and delete plots. I don’t think this was a good choice to delete the chats, plots feels like a similar version of Wattpad, and Wattpad is already so popular and well known . I’ll be deleting this app and finding a new app. Hopefully, status comes back and brings back the chats.

We were removed from the AI provider because of private chats going against their terms of service. To keep our head above water financially, we would have to charge users $75 a month for chats. We would never want to make our users pay that much money for something that we would rather keep free, and unfortunately, it's not possible to do that.
