Smith is a Mind, Body & Wellness Practitioner with an Associate of Occupational Studies Degree in holistic health care with a concentration in Mind-Body Transformational Psychology. She also holds a certification in Life Coaching & Hypnotherapy. She has been trained in a variety of holistic healing modalities as well, such as: NLP, holistic nutrition, past life regression therapy, homeopathic remedies, essential oils, psychology of intuition, energy healing and many others. This is such a great app. I haven’t found such great meditations like this in any other app.
I didn’t realize I had to pay for each meditation.
I bought one and loved it. One by one then just loved this amd bought all and so with it

Amazing hypnsosis

Kelly T Smith has the most amazing hypnosis recordings. They always help me make a shift in my consciousness whether it’s to move something physically in my life or mentally, I find them so helpful. The app itself is intuitive and easy to use.

Great but not able to download and keep!

Great meditations, but I didn’t know that when I paid for one meditation, I could only use it once. A bit pricey for only one use. I wouldn’t mind paying for them if I could download anc keep them for future use as well.
