Won’t work on ipad mini

Have installed on my ipad pro and my mini ipad. Works on thenpro but on the mini, it says loading for a bit and then closes. Never opens. Mini has version 9.3.5 so it should work. Disappointed as i use the mini more. The pro version works freat.

Bit buggy

I play this a lot and I like it but ever so often there will be an unbuyable card on the table. For example, today there was a 4 ruby card worth one prestige point on the lowest rank. I had 3 ruby cards and 1 ruby coin but it would not let me buy the card. It’s happened a few times and causes me to lose the game. I noticed the AI wasn’t picking the card either.
For the challenge modes, where you have to complete a Solitaire type play, it’s somewhat interesting but won’t develop any skills related to the game. It generally feels like you are just trying to find your way out of a maze and with enough tries, you’ll probably hit the magic combination of moves to do it.
The standard game is fine and the AIs okay, but they don’t try to stop my strategies or gang up on me like real players. The only time they’ve swiped cards i’m going for has been by chance I’m sure.
Overall, it’s worth the money and still a great game.

I was hesitant to buy because of the reviews...

The game has been working fine for me, and I haven’t noticed any bugs. Complaints I’ve read ranged from cards not being able to be picked up to unresponsive controls - thankfully none of that with me. Currently I’m playing on older apple devices that are about 4-5 years old, so that might be working in my favor.

As for the game itself? It’s fun. The general concept is a tableau game in which you’re building your “engine” to enable you to score higher level cards. The AI isn’t the greatest, but it’s good enough to offer fun. Admittedly, after you’ve played a few dozen times, the game loses its luster. The “real” game offers more enjoyment, of course, simply because of its tactile feel and real world interaction. Graphically and sound-wise it dies the job, nothing more. Overall, it’s worth the $5 and does a fine job of occupying you for short periods of time (7-10 minutes a game).
