SplitIt: Receipt & Tab Split 4+

Split It is exactly what I wanted and needed but didn’t have to split meals and bills!! I didn’t like using split wise so I always used excel to split bills which means using my own brain but with Split It I don’t have to think because the app does all the work for me :D So easy to use, definitely can see some future features being implemented to heighten user experience but for a new app this is really good.

Let me explain, normally with these “splitting receipt” style apps you don’t have the option to directly request via Venmo or use the built in scanner to make things easier when eating out with your friends.

SplitIt makes it much easier when eating out with larger groups and you never have to worry about settling a $500+ tab again.

I was never opposed to putting my card down at big group dinners, until I started noticing I wasn’t getting paid in full.

With this app, I can put my card down no problem.

With its simple UI, I can easily itemize the receipt and split the often-neglected tax and tip equally amongst my party. Then I can send Venmo requests with the exact amounts it calculated.

One nice feature might be if I could request the money directly from the app instead of being redirected to Venmo. Another neat feature might be allowing for Zelle or Apple Cash transfers to be made.

Yep! Just trying to make it easy on whoever is covering the bill. And yeahh would love to be able to directly request from the app as well but it's a limitation with Venmo. Hopefully that can be solved in the future. And yes, we're looking into adding different transaction methods. Thank you for the feedback!
