The new Sport Clips Scoreboard App has taken everything you need from the stylist analysis report and placed it at your fingertips through this refreshed app. This version has a new skin and has been modified to use Sport Clips custom metrics. The Sport Clips Scorecard App offers to-the-minute statistics, which help you manage opportunities for growth whether you’re in the store or on the road. The app metrics now available in the app mirror those of the stylist analysis report, just in a slightly different order. In addition, the app also shows YTD metrics.

Big step forward...

...but very buggy. Biggest issue is that I have to log back in nearly every time I open the app. Sort of defeats the purpose of making our KPIs easy to access when we have to log in every time.

Unfortunately, NOT what you would expect...

There is an app on Google Play with nearly an identical icon, but that one is for CUSTOMERS to check in, select stylist, etc.

There doesn’t appear to be a complimentary app on the Apple Store, but this app, with nearly the identical icon, is for store employees to view store metrics.

Both tools are needed, but you unnecessarily created confusion by not making the icons different, putting the words “for Employees” or something similar in the icon and description, and by not actually having a Customer app on the Apple store.

Only the top 20 stores

Why am I limited to viewing the top 20 stores in net sales? It used to show all of them.
