I am restricted to this app as my only available Sportsbook living in Rhode Island. The past two days, I have made several bets, and somehow won everyone and Sportsbook RI had to pay me out a decent chunk of change. After my cash outlay night, I looked to see my cash out did not process in my bank account yet, so I went to log on to Sportsbook RI to make sure it went through okay. Ironically, now my account is locked out and I can’t access ANYTHING. If I try to uninstall and reinstall, I can try to log in and get a network error. On my laptop I press login and the next page won’t load. This app’s mechanics have to be at least 10 years old, outdated is an understatement and this isn’t the first time I’ve went through log in troubles and bugs on this app. Please put some effort into your product if you don’t want to see it implode which it seems like is sooner rather than later…

This is my first time ever leaving an app review and I just felt I had to share how awful of an app this is. Not only are the lines a bit squeezed in favor of the book vs other leading sports books but they don’t offer any type of same game parlays, no teaser options with totals, no bonuses or kickers like other sportsbooks offer, whack prop options, limited betting options on things like UFC, terrible futures odds and the lines are almost always a bit juiced compared to other major sportsbooks. It’s insane this is the only option you can have in RI. It’s legit better worth my time crossing the border to MA or CT and placing action there. It’s a completely amateur sportsbook and you’re strong armed into using it. Also, I know for a fact there’s no way this is “4 stars”. I checked a few weeks back and it was around a 1-2 star rating. They clearly are also removing the negative feedback versus actually improving the experience of their users. If they actually spent the time to improve the operations of the sportsbook they would make even more money for the state instead they seem content just serving a mediocre product and having business cross state lines. Make it make sense

This app could be so much better. For some reason it won’t let you place bets even though you’re in Rhode Island. It gives you an error message. Once you reach out to support they tell you to delete the app and read download it. You do that and it’s the same thing and it always happens when you feel like you have a for sure bet that is supposed to hit. Also, when they give you a bonus, you try to click on the bonus to apply it and it won’t even work.

Odds for the exact same players on the exact same bet same day game etc are way off from every other sportsbook. +3800 for a first touchdown on FanDuel/draftkings/fanatics/betmgm etc. odds on ri sports book are +1750. That’s less than half. I get Rhode Island has a monopoly on all legal gambling. But that’s just ridiculous and something should really be done about it. Odds should be in line with or at least fairly close to the odds across the country. Not to mention the same game parlays. Why am I not allowed to parlay first basket in nba games? It makes no sense. This app needs to be scrapped and RI needs to pass legislation to allow the big names to come in and offer a chance to play, fairly, since this app is not fair whatsoever compared to the rest of the options. Will continue to drive 10 minutes to mass and use their platforms since Rhode Island is so far corrupt.

Ri sportsbook cannot even come close to what dk and fan duel and hard rock bet etc. has to offer. The prop lines are at times half what the other better books offer. For example a player last week was offered at +2200 to score 2 td or more on dk but on ri sports for the same bet was +1200 for the same bet. In all cases risb is like the minor leagues compared to what the others offer in bonuses free bets and everything else not to mention when ri offers you their version of a bonus it’s hard to get it and very confusing on how to cash in. If I had more time I could go off for ever. It’s just convenient to bet on risb when I’m home because I live in ri. Most of my major bets are placed on dk seeing I only live 13 min from the state line. Twice a week I make the drive to mass. Brian H.

This app is by far the worst sports betting app ever to be created. If you look at this app vs competitors in other states (DK, FanDuel) it is glaringly obvious how broken and limited this app is. I think a high schooler on an internship may have coded this. Not to mention that the markets available for betting feels like it’s 10% of what any other book provides. This app is a giant step back for online gaming and the worst part is that they have no incentive to improve because they have a 20+ year exclusivity agreement in the state. Fire everyone who has been part of RI Sportsbook and also the policy makers who allow this to happen.

I have used this app for a few years now and it has had its ups and downs. But now they are ONLY OFFERING OVERS for Prop bets. You can’t take an under of any kind. What kind of joke is this. If you don’t have to don’t use this app. Get a VPN and use another or goto Massachusetts. Only offering one way to bet is a joke. And I hope the people running this app wake up one day but they won’t. This is just another way to guarantee you can’t make actual bets. And being that most sports books put lines on the high end of projections, this is just a way to guarantee you can’t win consistently… F-RISB

If you live in RI and want to bet, I recommend driving to Mass or CT and betting as they are much more competent. Somehow a team that is winning when the game was suspended was given a loss since they weren’t winning the inning before even though they’re continuing the game. All I asked was for a push on the bet and they refused to give a credit. All other sportsbooks would at least offer a credit for the amount of the bet, but the RI Sportsbook is so poorly run they refuse to even do that. Definitely go to a different sportsbook to bet cause this is the worst by far

By far and away the worst sports book that I’ve ever used and ever has existed. The only reason this app is still downloaded is because it’s the only legal sports book in RI. It is super selective as to what can be parlayed. For example last night in 3 different NHL games I couldn’t parlay 3 different guys to get a point with no explanation as to why. Lines are off compared to other books pretty often both in value on the line and the line itself. I wouldn’t recommend using this app I’m still going to have to when I’m in RI.

This app is terrible when measured against the other online betting apps. Rhode Island does a disservice to its population having. Monopoly over the online betting in the state. Hopefully the state will realize it’s unconstitutional and allow others in so real competition can help the state grow and this app to maybe even try to be competitive. Whoever rates this app high must be on the payroll or simply never tried out DraftKings or fanduel. I literally drive to Massachusetts to make my bets there instead of mainly using this app. The live betting and options are putrid for ri sportsbook. The Casinos need to grow up.
