This is absolutely the worst App available. If you don’t want to waste your/ your team’s time, energy and money don’t buy this App for your company. Believe me. We have lost Tens of thousands of dollars because of the incompetence of this app. In a matter 3 months. What is bad about it? Absolutely everything. First...it lags, it troubleshoots all throughout the day, the app is slow, and when you put in your leads in the system and information of the customer at the door it turns off and all the vital information of the customer gets deleted!!! Imagine doing a high pressure sale at the door and you have to tell the customer to give you all their information AGAIN and AGAIN! Because the app turns off when you are almost done typing info. When you are doing door to door sales you don’t have time for that. Lastly the support team is beyond incompetent! It is comical. Frank is ahead of this circus that takes you in circles and circles. I have spent 3 months trying fix this problem but his idea of helping customers is to ignore their requests and basically do absolutely nothing to fix the problem. But he will overwhelm your email inbox with nonsense and 0 answers or solutions.

Sorry i put my name wrong but It all started from the beginning, i had a great starter call with Leilani(hope i spelled that right) to make sure that i got off of the right foot and i saw how easy it was to use. As my company grew i decided to upgrade my plan i spoke with Jellisa(Hope thats right,Sorry) and she instructed me on how i can do so and explained the differences between the plans. She made me feel like she was looking out for me and my best interest instead of trying to sell me something i didn’t need. After I had my new plan i needed help with some of the new features and Frank was there quick fast and in a hurry to help and answer the million questions i had. AWESOME APP AWESOME CUST SERVICE, Would recommend to everyone!!!!! DOWNLOAD AND START KNOCKING!!!!!

I like the app. Definitely helpful in canvassing. But as of lately the customer service has given me a runaround. I have added some team members and have tried to upgrade to fit my team, but they have made it unnecessarily difficult. I first contacted support through the app. As they put me in touch with Frank to migrate my current service to 2.0. Then I had a scheduled call that was cancelled without notifying me. Then I was sent to a website to watch a video. Then I was emailed by support for “Follow-Up”. I have been trying to essentially pay them more money for over a month and I cannot get a person to reach back out to me to do the upgrade or migration. It seems this could have been very simple to remedy with a phone call. My team and director will likely be using a different service in the coming month that has better customer service.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
