Description
SpotOnSite bridges the communication gap between contractors & property managers for onsite repairs by reducing the amount of in-person meetings. The tool utilizes satellite imagery & geotagged photos & videos to provide a crystal-clear picture of what repairs need to be completed. It allows contractors the ability to update clients with time-stamped photos & videos with a running comment log so there are never any questions on what work was completed and when. SpotOnSite uses a cloud-based system that can be accessed from anywhere & anytime. A dashboard is available through the website that allows SpotOnSite customers & their clients access to the created property inspections.

SpotOnSite has been such a great tool for my team and I to use when building site maps. I can easily scope a project and build a map using SOS with detailed points, areas, spots - full of images/videos - and share with my counterpart in Mexico (I’m in Colorado) Within seconds my partner in Mexico can view the project that I am working on and we can chat in real time and discuss the work that needs done and the best way to build out our estimate. SpotOnSite has put HOURS back into my day that I otherwise would’ve lost without this app. The advanced membership is a must have. Thanks SOS team for making my job and life way easier!!!

Found this app via Matt Stanley. Looked it over for a while and then decided to do the free trial. Nate, and Hayden were great. The did a zoom call with our TEAM and we were up and rolling. We have done well over 100 bids with this software. I strongly encourage you to use this because it save your time and the presentation to the customer is second to none. On a personal note the guys at SOS are truly amazing and great men of faith! Love those guys and what they stand for!

If you do anything outdoors that involves step-by-step planning, this app is a must! I use this app to map out areas that need improvement and streamline the process. I have noticed significant time saved since utilizing SpotOnSite. Also, the customer service at SOS is hands down the best in the business. They have a great team that will help you step by step to get the most out of the app. You gotta have it!!
