Discover the home you’ve been looking for with SpotScore. Create your own real estate ecosystem designed to make the market work for you, and not the other way around. You can rate homes based on your own criteria, find properties through your own customized algorithm, and get recommendations based on your preferences. SpotScore also lets you invite friends and family to share ratings, as well as connect with your real estate agent to make the home buying process quicker and easier than ever.

While other real estate apps act as billboards for home listings, SpotScore can be used at the property to record your experience like a real-time scorecard. The App uses machine-learning technology to study the factors that you and others rate, like number of bedrooms, square footage, or location, and shows you the homes you want to see. We help consumers align quicker, save you and your agent time and effort, and get you connected to the house you want first. In real estate, no one wants to miss out on the perfect home .

Top Features Include:

- Search homes in a variety of locations and find the house, condo or townhome that fits your needs in your target area.

- Rate properties based on key factors to fine-tune your search and have homes recommended that match your wants and needs.

- Invite friends and family to give their assessments of a property, as well as sharing your rating information with your agent - saving you both the hassle of viewing properties that don’t fit your preferences.

SpotScore is what real estate technology is supposed to look like, giving you the ability to search smarter, share faster, and coordinate effortlessly with your agent. You can rate homes as you view their listings or do it on the go as you wander through open houses or showings. Rating can be as easy as a thumbs up or down or as detailed as giving it high or low ratings based on your favorite preferences. Each home listing that you rate builds your own specialized profile, matching you with homes that fit your lifestyle: a five bedroom whopper for your gaggle of little ones, or that perfect spot downtown so you can walk to coffee in the morning after yoga, or that stately old Victorian that is just far enough out of town for you to enjoy some peace and quiet whenever you want.

And don’t worry about being left in the dirt with a rare property. We search all of the same databases that the big guys do - we just do it smarter. Your local MLS and other sources give us the goods on the daily, making sure you have access to the right property at the right time. You will have plenty of homes to rate and sort through, giving the app all the info it needs to recommend that perfect hidden gem.

Real estate agents will find SpotScore to be the secret weapon they have been craving, cutting down on time and giving your clients more value and better service. With access to meaningful data like highest ranked properties, top home configurations, side by side analysis of wants versus needs, likes and dislikes, and a steady stream of homes that your client has already seen, you will never have to worry about taking them to the sure-fire winner that they think is a dud. Show five houses instead of twenty, and get to closing weeks before you would otherwise.

Sellers can find a lot to love about SpotScore, too. No longer will you have to wonder why your amazing home is being passed over, or what features are filling your open house. Now you will have the information you need to make sure you are priced correctly, or what minor changes you could make in order to get a big return come closing day. You won’t have to just list and wait, but can get vital real-time feedback on what people love or hate. That could be the difference between thousands of dollars either in your wallet or left on the table. Not sure if you should be in the market yet? With SpotScore, you can discover just how valuable your home could be to buyers looking right now.

A First time home buyer’s dream

My husband and I were newly weds looking for our forever home when we came across spotscore! This app made is seemless to compare our (different) needs in our home. What My husband wanted and what I wanted all in one app- not just a bunch of listing of an area. Being though this was our first time buying a home we had many questions and wanted to be educated on each house we came across so we can express those questions and concerns to our realtor. I love how it’s more personable than your average home apps and allows you to compare your favorites. From searching for homes in PA to NJ to finding houses our realtor didn’t, we were able to find out forever home in NJ thank you spotscore!!!

We were able to find our dream home and our realtor got us in the door the next day to put an offer in! I can honestly say I am a proud Homeowner and I owe it Spot Score. Extremely thankful this app came my way and when I know anyone looking for housing, I will always point them in the direction to use this app!!!

For me, what i really liked about this app is that I was able to connect with my girlfriend as well as our realtor. Every house my girlfriend liked I was able to see and vice versa. Also our realtor was able to see which houses we both liked and which we disliked. I think this is a very unique feature and can help both realtors and buyers so much.
