Touch ID fix
Ratings and ReviewsSee All
This thing is functionality broken.
It the user interface is broken and janky. I tried to setup my account but the entry boxes scroll behind the keyboard and it won’t allow me to scroll. Tried to setup touch ID but it won’t let me access the confirmation button. When trying to scroll the screen to reveal the confirmation button it immediately jumps back to hiding it again. And there’s more. It will only show my current balance but will not display any transaction history what so ever. I got this to depot check but I just don’t trust it to do that.
Needs to be upgraded to support FaceId
Touch Id access worked great!!! But now my phone has Face ID and it doesn’t work. Get an error and in a permanent loop. Have to shut down. Go to app settings turn it off. Close App and restart. Now you enter your password if you make a mistake it tells you and places you on the password but now keyboard pops up. So again you have to close the app.
Once in I use to check balances, do transfers and did a check deposit once and it worked.
Basic Functionality Unavalable
The entire reason for me using this app was to be able to make mobile check deposits (as my fcu has an app from the stone age that isn’t set up for mobile deposits) and it just doesn’t work. I called customer service and they were inept (they’re a contractor with no ability to really answer questions beyond the surface.) All in all just a really poorly designed piece of garbage. Get your stuff together sprig, after all, 2019 is around the corner and to be this bad after existing for this long seems absurd.
