We combine evidence-based activities and programs with a delightful user experience to help people build long-lasting healthy habits. Our premium content is available to our members and we power parents, coaches, trainers, physical therapists and other health-focused providers with best-in-class tools to help their athletes, clients and participants improve health outcomes.


Based on our SpringSpot Pillars of Holistic Health: F.R.A.M.E.S., every activity and program includes easy to follow, step by step instructions and all the materials you’ll need so you’re always prepared and can just start and follow along.

Read our evidence-based written Guides and Activity PDFs to learn the reason why you should do something, and then complete short 10-15 min suggested Activities to help you put into action what you’ve just learned. It’s easier to eat, move and manage stress when you have specific actions you can take.

Great family app!

We came across SpringSpot recently and love the app for our family. With 3 young boys, I’m always looking for guidance on how to instill healthy consistent habits. We love the programs that encourage a focus around exercise, eating and fun. I also like the app because it appeals to both adults and children. Our kids look forward to the activities and we even cooked some simple meals together which made them want to eat vegetables they typically don’t try. Its a fun way to teach our kids how to adopt a healthy lifestyle, and I can’t wait to share this app with my family and friends.

Changed our lives

SpringSpot changed our lives as parents and children.
It gives us so many clear pointers that are easy to implement for our kid’s health and well-being.
The activities are amazing, well researched and easy to do with the kids.
Our kids now do yoga, learned how to breathe and mediate and are more invested in their food after learning about nutrition.
One of our kids also took on the stretching activities.

Informative and easy to use family wellness program

This app has a lot of great information about how the entire family can eat healthy. I look forward to trying the 12 week training program that I can complete at home and on my own time. Check it out if you want some actionable ideas for a healthier lifestyle!
