Older But Not Much Wiser ,

A Personal Touch

My question was technical in nature, and it had to do with”system haptics. I had no idea what they were or what their purpose was. Michelle told me she needed to do a little research on this and asked if I could give her a few minutes. While she did her research, I did also...checking Google, of course. We compared notes afterwards, and I think we both came to the same conclusion: we could live with “system haptics” whatever they are 🤣. I felt that Michelle went the extra mile to help me try to understand something that was a little out of the norm for both of us. I appreciate her willingness to do so especially when I voiced my concern for those living in the path of the
hurricane moving into the Carolina’s. (I have 103-year-old father that lives in Southeast Virginia very close to where Florence came ashore.) Michelle asked me to keep her prayer as she lives in the Carolinas apparently in the area where that hurricane was predicted to come sure. Michelle lent “a personal touch” in answering my request for information. 👍🏻for Michelle!

Kristen - what the best ever!!!

Kristen is the example of true customer service and Kristen holds the strength of making certain to the very end that solution is found. Through our the entire time Kristen demonstrated professionalism, and true level of expertise, patience, kindness and continual follow up. Still Vague and Iffy Coverage

It still isn’t clear after much research and due-diligence on my part what exactly is covered, what the deductibles are, and how to access the so-called very easy coverage. There are references to contacting providers and finding people or companies to handle all your issues. There are comments about your complaints and who to find to fix these problems. But most importantly, there are no clear answers or links that advise you to “call this number for this,” or follow this link to this site for contact info regarding replacement or fix-it help for your phone. So, when these problems occur, not only are you upset about what the problem is, you have no-idea who to call to get help. A clear explanation of benefits, resources, access to professional help, what your financial responsibility is here and the most important question...how long is this going to take and how much is it going to cost me?
