Sprint get a clue

I’ve tried a couple of times to get this. Sprint doesn’t have a clue as to how to do it. I’ve also found that no one in the company/stores even know they have, offer it, or how it works according to the things online. I’ve called the Tech department twice and have been hung up on. It sounds like a nice thing for someone that has both a personal phone and business phone, and doesn’t want to carry both phones with them. I guess I’m going to have to look at other options with other carriers. Its a shame that Sprint doesn’t know what they are selling.

Very stressed

Jenn Neubeck has hacked into my T-Mobile account for over two years and nothing has been done. Fraud has been working on it since September and haven't heard anything from them. She has opened digits in my name using me and my sons phones listens to our conversations and tracks me. Stole money opened accounts in my name and spread my name and personal information all over the dark web. I've been a customer of 23 years and never been treated so bad and had my privacy and identity taken away
