The Sprocket Sports mobile app is the ultimate youth sports team management solution, allowing parents, players and coaches to keep current with their team. Sprocket Sports makes it easy to see if your game has been moved to a new location, if you practice time has changed and to exchange messages with other parents and coaches no matter where you are!

Parents and Players: the Sprocket Sports app allows you to 1) monitor your team’s schedule and indicate if you can attend, 2) exchange messages with other parents and coaches and 3) view your team’s roster. Get updates instantly when there are changes to an event without having to check your email or your team’s website.

Coaches: use Sprocket Sports to add or update games and practices and view which players will be available. You can also use the app to take attendance and to communicate with your players and their parents.

Sprocket Sports provides youth sports clubs with advanced software and services that enable registrations, payments, marketing, communications, and administration. Clear Improvement

I was able to register my player so easily! A clear improvement from what we were using previously. Also, I love being able to communicate with all my coaches in one spot.

Clunky

Our team is new to using this app this year and compared to other team sports apps. I really dislike it. You have to go through a lot of different screens to get to the chats or the calendars. There’s constantly notifications that something been updated and you have to click through a bunch of screens to get to where the updates are and select those so that you can remove the notification and it seems to notify for every little thing. So I’m constantly in there, trying to clear out the notifications. It doesn’t seem to offer any additional functionality that’s useful above and beyond a normal team app and it’s way more clunky to use.

A few small tweaks would make a huge difference

Hey Sprocket developers: please add a thumbs down reaction so team families can vote on things (or express disapproval toward that one annoying parent). Also, folks who used to be staff/managers but are no longer still land on the staff page by default. Otherwise it’s a pretty good app!

We'll take a look at landing former staff members on the staff view by default instead of the member view.
