Love the app !

I primarily use the app on my phone to log all my wellness entries,I love the convenience of it .I will say I was VERY FRUSTRATED with the last up date as it took me ( with Sprout helpers ) about 3 or 4 weeks to reconnect me ☹️ as someone that logs mostly actual workouts every day it really costed me my badge for that recording period. So if I can say anything right now? I would say please keep your updates simple or if you decide to change a lot of stuff please run it and make sure it functions for all of us app users. Thank you

Needs more continuity

I really like the app but I’m an Apple person and I think I think this app needs more continuity. I think they could make a few swipes and changes to make it more user-friendly and easier to transition from screen to screen.

Technical issues and missing workouts

I have a had a few issues where the app simply locks up while syncing. This happens when I navigate to a goal and it just spins endlessly while trying to update.

Also, there are missing workout types that are causing g me to miss credit for the work I do, such as Stand Up Paddle Board. You have Golf and Housework, but are missing actual workout activities. My watch records my paddle boarding activities, and it shows up I’m not the Fitness app and the Health app, but doesn’t sync to Sprout.
