Description
Spyderware by LakeM is a mobile device application provided by Lake Maintenance to affiliated Subcontractors and their employees.
The Spyderware by LakeM App allows Subcontractors and their Employees to submit Purchase Order updates, completion information and claim details in an electronic format to Lake Maintenance from the work site or any location.
The Spyderware by LakeM App allows its users to:
• Search and view work allocated to the user
• Allocate work to other users within the same organisation
• Capture Work Health & Safety information for a Purchase Order
• Attach Photos and Tenant Signatures directly to a Purchase Order
• Record Access Attempt details for a Purchase Order
• Enter work completion details such as SORs, quantities, comments and work site completion date
• Submit claims for completed work from site in real time
