Bug with entering notes
New to this app, but I noticed that I am unable to enter notes on an incident. Tapping into the field does not launch the keyboard. It appears to be trying to display the keyboard, but it does not open. So I am unable to add notes from within the app.
Wonderful app for incident management
Squadcast has been wonderful for us for Incident Management and the accompanying native mobile app is a wonderful addition. The new version is great and allows me to do almost everything from the mobile app
Loop
I tried logging in and it just keeps loading and it takes forever and I can’t even get into the app
