Why we created this app:

Instagram allows you to assign photos only to a location it can read from photo files. If there is no such information, current location options are offered. When creating a square picture, the application gently saves these location data, so you can tag the original photo location when posting it on Instagram.

Simple, useful app.

I'm not a fan of how Instagram handles non-square photos. Enter Squaremate, which makes it dead simple to post photos of all crops to Instagram. Tap to select an image, tap again to open it in Instagram, with location info at the ready. So useful.
