The Grim Enchilada ,

Simple and straightforward

The UI is clean and makes it easy to track your progress. I especially like the graded scale and built-in rest periods to guarantee you don't injure yourself by doing too much in the first few days.

It's exercise though so I still hate it... but less than before.
