Very Useful App!
We started using this app for our Christmas Light business, and it has been very helpful in getting us organized. I love that I can update things on it, and my husband and the other workers can see the updates on their phones. Helps organize customers, bids, jobs done, emailing invoices and recording payments.
Every time I contact them for assistance they get back to me quickly.
I wish it would let me assign a picture to each customer...they say they are working on that, but it’s not available yet.
I also wish there was the ability for the patient to accept or decline the quote that I email them via email. Like a button they push that accepts and automatically alerts me that the customer wants the job done.
But overall very happy. It is exactly what we were looking for!
Great scheduling app
I run a cleaning company and have a pretty hectic planner. This simplify it and organizes it for me and I can look 4 months in advance and make plans.
Couple things I would love updated are the way to make payments through the app in the U.S. also I would love a different version of the “rounds” selection you have available. I have no idea how it is suppose to work but it doesn’t help me out at all. Some people I clean for needs there beds changed every other week and then I will scrub the shower every three weeks so if I can find a way to remind me what I need to do that cleaning visit that would be even better but right now I am just making notes and it can save that info on the date needed cleaned.
I would recommend this to everyone, it’s simple and reliable. I love it.
I’ve been using this app for about 6 months and love it. I’ve used other crms in the past but this one is extremely versatile and is packed with a lot of great features. This is also the most affordable crm I have used. And it’s great when I see they consistently add features and fix bugs. Don’t plan on switching
