Very Useful App!
We started using this app for our Christmas Light business, and it has been very helpful in getting us organized. I love that I can update things on it, and my husband and the other workers can see the updates on their phones. Helps organize customers, bids, jobs done, emailing invoices and recording payments.
Every time I contact them for assistance they get back to me quickly.
I wish it would let me assign a picture to each customer...they say they are working on that, but it’s not available yet.
I also wish there was the ability for the patient to accept or decline the quote that I email them via email. Like a button they push that accepts and automatically alerts me that the customer wants the job done.
But overall very happy. It is exactly what we were looking for!

So much potential
This has the makings of a great app for any contractor who does route work, especially window cleaners. Unfortunately the free version has very little use. Unless you are willing to sign up for a monthly subscription, this app is really not even usable. For example, you might be able to create a route, but reorganizing it (in the app or the desktop version) is a premium feature. This is true of whether you want the computer to optimize your route, or you simply want to organize your route manually.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
