New update

Prior to this update, I gave this app four stars. I had received a message from a representative regarding an issue I posted. This is design is a huge upgrade from the last. It now supports fingerprint IDs which is a huge plus. I'm confident that you'll enjoy this app.

App won’t let me sign in

This past weekend I was asked to change my password on the app which I did and it worked just fine. This morning I try to go in and sign it it won’t allow me asked me to answer security questions which I did and I know they were the correct answers and it still wouldn’t let me in. Called the bank they got me in and then later on I get home I try to go back in and I can’t get signed in again. Very frustrating. Up to this point I have enjoyed the app very much because it worked beautifully. Then I change my password and everything goes wrong.

Started great, now transactions won't load.

The app was great, and about a month ago it started freezing up when I try to load transactions. The only thing I can do is look at my balance and make transfers. Frustrating.
