Daily Cost and Usage: Get a snapshot of your energy costs and usage by the hour, day or month. If you’re enrolled in one of our Time-of-Day plans, you can even see how much energy you’ve used during on-peak and off-peak hours to optimize your savings.
Payments: View your balance and make payments quickly and securely, from anywhere. Save payment information and even schedule future payments.
Report and View Outages: When your power goes out, quickly report it and get estimated restoration times. You can also see areas out of power using the interactive outage map along with the cause and number of customers affected.
Stay informed: Receive push notifications to get updates on your bill, payments, or a power outage.
Use your SRP My Account login to access the app. Don’t have My Account? No problem! Simply register your SRP account using the app.

Notifications not working
I’m trying to turn on notifications for this app but all options within the app are grayed out. I am redirected to my phone mains settings>notifications, to enable notifications for this app but when I attempt to do so the app is not listed in notifications at all. When trying to adjust the app directly from the iphones main settings page, there is no option for notifications.
This is some BS
It doesn’t notify me when I am low on power or am going to shut off. It used to let me know I didn’t have enough power for that day but now it won’t tell me so I constantly have to guess where my power is at. I hate hate hate this app because half the time it won’t even let me log in!! I love being able to purchase power right from my phone, don’t get me wrong, but if my power goes out and I can’t log in, what’s the point of using it?? The power went out this morning no warning or notifications, and then I tried to log into the app and online, it just said sorry something went wrong call this number, so I did and the call wouldn’t even go through. “User busy”. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling, nothing. And I restarted my phone, connected/disconnected WiFi. Something is seriously wrong with this app. This is some serious BS. I need to be able to log in to my own account especially when I need to purchase power!!
Need usage data on budget billing? Sorry, not for you.
I used to use the SRP app to check my energy usage periodically - after I signed up for Budget Billing, I wasn't able to. If you can't see your usage and are on Budget Billing - that's what's happening. I know this because I just switched from budget billing to standard and can now see usage on the app again. Ask SRP why, because in all of my contact with them, they don't have an answer. Whether you are budget billing or standard, you should be able to see at LEAST your usage. After all, usage is kind of the basis of SRP'S product, regardless of billing preference...
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
