Can’t open on my iPhone after latest update

Needs A LOT of work

This app could be great but some of the features do not work. Half of the time when I attempt to use the “best price” feature I get an error screen and have to buy a regular ticket. Instead of paying the so called best price, I’m paying extra because the feature doesn’t even work. Shameful

Connection errors

On an iPhone 6s I am frequently getting connection errors when using the app. The app says it's unable to connect to server. I'm unable to search for trains or purchase tickets. However, other apps such as mail, browser, bank, still have internet access.
