Always something “unavailable”
Many times while trying to access utilities of the site I get a message: “x is temporarily unavailable. Try back later.”
Horrible App, horrible bank
Don’t even know where to start with not only the app, but more importantly the bank. Don’t know why they can’t seem to get their crap together. 3rd parties have an extremely difficult time working/interfacing with them. The only response/solution you’ll always get, “The problem isn’t on our end, it’s on theirs”. It’s my fault though for putting up with it. I really wanted to believe that things would improve, but sadly, they’ve only gotten worse. I will now be taking my business elsewhere, and I can’t wait to work with an actual and decent bank. Bye Bye SSB&T and crappy app!
Mobile deposit takes several attempts
When I go through the process, every time it gives error that “it appears you have taken two images of the front”. I’ve put the front on a white background and the back on a black background, tilted different directions and still get same error. The images are obviously different. I’ve NEVER gotten it accepted on first try. It most of the times requires me to do it at least five times. Ridiculous. Fix your algorithm.
