I just don’t know that I need such a thing, but it’s soooooo helpful.
My therapist recommended me to note down all my behaviors honestly and we discuss them every week.
But sometimes I don’t do it just because there’s not an app handy enough.
I’ve build one stack for sleep behavior, one for addictive gaming, one for emotional fluctuations.
We would go through all my logs weekly, tracing back every unlinked detail and make some adjustments for next week.
To be honest, to be willing to note down more is the key issue.
