Password issues

Unremarkably average
I need this app for work but have yet to actually be able to sign on. It forces me to change my password, then upon successful creation of a new one, it’s magically wrong. I am human and make mistakes but not 8 new passwords and still cant even log in kinda mistakes.

It will not keep me signed in and I put the correct password in and it tells me it’s the wrong information then I will retype the same exact password and it’ll let me in but also it won’t allow me to change anything on my profile even though it has an “edit profile button”! When I installed the app on my phone, it already came with a name on it and the last name is not correct, but when I called my job, they say my correct last name is in their system, but I still cannot figure out why this app has the wrong name on it for me and won’t even let me change it or anything else!!

I’ve not really had problems with the app, especially that couldn’t be fixed. Now for some reason, the picture on the reward page is blown up to where I can’t see my points very well

It was there the staff track rewards on the app but now it’s not there. What’s up with that. Like that I can check my pay and request time off through the app.
