Great app, just a couple of issues

I’ve been using stake for years now, and it’s been an awesome app to use.


Unfortunately recently when I have been trying to transfer money, they wouldn’t accept my debit card even though it is active and useable. And then I tried to transfer using poli and every bank is available but NAB, which is really disappointing when I’m trying to get money in to my account right away. The only way I can do it is to bank transfer and the money never hits my account right away and sometimes can take up to two days.


Please fix this. Apart from that the app is good, just be weary that if you use nab, it’ll take longer than you want.

Unfortunately, you may need to contact your bank (NAB) with regards to POLi transfers as this is not within the control of Stake and our downstream partners. We now offer support when you reach out to support@hellostake.com with regards to any funding queries, including in the case of card funding.

Best stock investing app out there

I am a young teenage investor I’ve been investing $100 usd a week and my portfolio is starting to increase day by day. Stake support is very good. It’s a massive blessing too finally see investments pay off after so many economic problems.


Stake recently introduced credit card payment and apply pay now I’m able to fund my account instantly something I think was awesome to introduce.


Overall great app perfect for all kinds of level of investors

Stake black notifications are annoyingly intrusive

Edit: The notifications window that pops up is broken as I only get a blank screen with no option of closing the window. For me to get rid of this, I have to reset the app :(


Notifications to keep joining Stake Black are becoming too frequent on both mobile app and desktop app now, especially after a transaction has just been completed. This destroys the user experience.

Hi Marksingh, The Stake app is not distributed on the Canadian app store. It is only available for download from the Australian or UK app stores.

If you already have the app on your phone then you should have no issue accessing Stake from Canada (although load times may be a little slower than usual). Alternatively our web platform trading.hellostake.com can be accessed from anywhere in the world.

Please note Stake is only available for Australia, New Zealand and UK residents.

Wall St Customer Service

I was wondering why your agents don't reply to emails for days and your customer care team on the phone is completely unhelpful.They can't fix anything, they don't know anything. They just forward messages to other agents and those agents don't reply to emails for days.
