Stand Up makes it easy to tell if your Apple Watch has given you credit for standing in the current hour.

Add a Stand Up complication to your Apple Watch face, and at a glance you'll know if you've gotten credit for standing in the current hour. All Stand Up complications support Time Travel.

On your iPhone, Stand Up uses the app icon badge and notifications to keep you informed about your standing hour fitness data.

In order to keep you up to date on your stand hour progress, Stand Up reads stand hour data from HealthKit. Stand Up requires your permission to access this data in HealthKit, and it only reads this data; it never generates new data or writes data into HealthKit.

Almost perfect. Does one thing and does it well.

This app met my goal of having an app that just showed me at a glance if I have stood enough in the current hour. That is exactly what this does.

It does seem to stop updating once I’ve hit 12 hours though which is the only negative I have. After that it seems to stay dark instead of continuing to show whether I’ve stood or not.

Otherwise, great app.

Thank you

This app is going to make it so much easier for me to keep track of my stand up goals. I really appreciate that it has a Apple Watch complication, because I often can’t remember if I stood up in the last hour. Please create a iPhone widget for this app.
