A fun game with game irritating issues

First, I love this game. It’s fun and a good thing to pass time with but there are bugs which are killing the game for me.

1) Trophy / matchmaking

I’ve noticed some issues with matchmaking and trophy count, first with matchmaking I find myself going against people who are much weaker than I am and with underleveled units while it’s not an issue for me it can be infuriating for others who are just starting out. And for trophies I’ve noticed multiple times that my trophies were reset, I was in the top 25 of the leaderboard but I’ve been reset twice now, it’s quite frankly incredibly frustrating because I’m trying to play the game but I can’t progress forwards so what’s the point of playing?

2) Pathfinding

Now in regards to Pathfinding it’s only with workers, on maps with a lot of obstacles or on the maze map workers have a hard time finding how to go to select places, they also get snagged on buildings and I’ve had my entire mineral line get caught on my CC, thus I lost the game.

Other than those two I don’t see that many major bugs, I absolutely love this game and I want to see it grow, there’s just a bug here and there that tends to get in the way of the players.

1. There was a bug with the previous version of the game (2.35) that would decrease trophies in certain cases and I am sorry you experienced it, but this has been fixed and should not happen anymore. If it does, please send me an email to alex@pixelsnack.io. Also, we are aware that the matchmaking could be better but we're improving the algorithm all the time, it also depends to who is online at the same time as you are...

2. We know that workers get stuck sometimes if you build a building too close to your headquarter for example, we are working on making workers and other units smarter and we release updates to the game regularly.

Fun but wait times are ridiculous

Game is overall fun and and has interesting strategies and tactics but the wait time for chests are pretty absurd, 3 hours for a chest that gives you like 1-2 cards of 3 different cards when you need 20 of the same cards is pretty dull

Fun game but a couple issues

First of all I think you should be able to open more than one chest at a time. Only being able to stack 4 and then having to wait 3 hours is kinda a lot. Also does upgrading workers do anything For collection rate?

Fun game though! Good potential

Oh and I understand wanting to make money but these ads are waaay too intrusive. Would be four stars if not for that

Thanks for your feedback, we are constantly working on making the progression system as enjoyable as possible and we are currently evaluating ways to open chests at a faster pace.

Upgrading workers only upgrades their HP, but they don't move faster. That being said, once you unlock the NITRO card, you will be able to use it and boost their collection rate.

Regarding the ads, you can remove them by purchasing ANY gems package, it starts at $0.99. Thanks for playing!
