“Something has gone wrong”

I keep getting the same message whenever I try to sign in. This has been happening since I changed my phone to Iphone X. Please update the app to be compatible with the latest version of ios/ iphone. Also, the app signs out every once in a while and it’s not practical at all since i always open the app at the cashier so it’s frustrating to sign in again and I end up not using it.

Hugely disappointing app

I've been using the app for over a year. The in-app experience is actually great and the idea of mobile order is very convenient. But the engineering team failed some most basic hygiene functions of an app - so bad that I have decided to delete the app today and not go to a Starbucks as long as there is an alternative within 5 blocks (I live in Manhattan so it basically applies to the whole city).

I can't reload my account unless I go to a store. It has been going on for a few weeks and the store staff told me they've heard this issue many times. I reinstalled the app and can no longer sign in with my user name and password. I pressed forgot password and no email came from Starbucks within an hour. I then decided to sign up with a different email address and the default address somehow was set to Kuwait and didn't let me enter an US phone number.

You are asking a customer to jump through all the loops to figure out how to use this product. At some point enough is enough. It's borderline offensive to be so disrespectful of your customer's time. I decided not to reward a business like this with my further purchase.

Huge disappointment. Can't believe a big company like Starbucks would make such basic mistakes.
