I love when I’m placing an order that I can see all the ways I can customize my dunks to make it extra special. Sometimes ordering in person makes me feel rushed or that I have to have my mind made up of everything I want. In the app I can just take my time and make sure I’m not forgetting anything. Although I really wish that there were more tea options available as I’m allergic to green tea/ matcha. But even without them I’m still a starbies girl through and through!!!

I can order on my way to places like work when I don’t have a lot of time. I love that the app remembers my previous orders for me so I don’t have to think about what I had the last time. It’s efficient and easy because I can reload my card using my payment method that I already entered so I don’t have the hassle of having to enter my payment information and I am notified when my order is ready for pick up!

I love the double smoked with no egg & a good warm brownie with little chips in it. Starbucks grew on me because I’m not a coffee or latte drinker, however, my teenager obsession tied me on to it. The people at this location are nice & professional: they remember my order & for that I will continue to be a customer. I would like it if you all would come up with a sandwich or snack for the people with allergies such as myself regarding dairy. I love the strawberry drink too. Thank you

And in general so much more convenience with the app, however, the only thing you can’t do is get customize orders exactly how you want them because if it doesn’t save the history on a customization correct correctly that is done in store, you might not be able to order it again on your own through the app, but otherwise it’s great

Because of inflation and the rising price of coffee, unfortunately I’ve had to go down from a daily coffee ☕️to a weekly coffee treat. It makes me sad, but it’s a HAPPY and welcome treat that I will always look forward to. The app is fantastic- please don’t change a thingz (except the prices) and I love the new menu items and drinks, keep em coming! Hopefully one day I’ll be able to afford you daily again!!!

The app is easy to use and makes it easy to purchase coffee and reload your card seamlessly. The biggest issue I have with it is that it almost always changes the brightness to the lowest setting on my phone when I am done paying for my coffee. When you are outside or in your car, this makes it almost impossible to see to get back to the brightness setting you had before you paid for your coffee. At least fix it so it goes back to the previous setting or don’t change it at all.
