Ratings and Reviews
Stop asking me to re-login!!
Why do I have re-authenticate every time you update your app since I am still using the same device? I am using your prepaid SIM card in a mobile wifi device for my kids and it is tedious to get the OTP every time you upgrade your app.
I have renewed the prepaid plan a number of times and I think I am a low risk customer. Time to go looking for another prepaid provider…
Mandatory updates too often
Every 2 weeks or so, the app requires mandatory update. Followed with re-login and all of the hassles. I only use this app to top up my balances, and there aren’t many things that you can do with the app anyway. What’s with all of the updates? Why can’t they just create a simple app and only require updates for extended features?
App doesn’t work at all
After you accept the terms and conditions, the app just gets stuck at the lime green splash screen, and never loads past that. I’ve tried several times before finally giving up and uninstalling the useless app
