Start Smart for Your Baby by Louisiana Healthcare Connections helps you connect to Louisiana Healthcare Connections nurses and other resources so you can have a healthier pregnancy and baby.

To get started, use Start Smart for Your Baby to make a healthy pregnancy action plan. Just enter your due date and birth date. Then Start Smart for Your Baby will create a custom Home Feed just for you. We’ll share pregnancy health articles and a To Do List.
Along the way, make a list of things to talk about with your doctor, midwife, or nurse. Add your questions to your Q-List so you can easily remember them at your next appointment.
After your baby is born, keep using the Start Smart for Your Baby app. You’ll get our newest tools for baby up to age two:
• Feeding, diaper and growth tracker
• Developmental milestones by age, plus dental health and nutrition tips
• Tips on caring for your newborn, from breastfeeding to safe sleeping
To make the app available to you and others, Louisiana Healthcare Connections® entered into a service agreement with the developer, Wildflower Health.
