Curiously incompatible with dark mode
In Dark Mode messages are nearly unreadable, showing up as dark gray on gray.
The list of messages is oddly organized and it’s hard to tell what’s read and new. Notifications will seemingly repeat old messages along with new ones.
Could use a comprehensive interface overhaul.
Adequate but waiting for improvements
This is one app we've been able to get approval for via the Information Services and Legal and Compliance but I keep hoping for improvements like a longer more robust vibration, volume adjustable tones and a MUCH wider variety of alarm tones to choose from. "Clair de Lune" is nice to not set my blood pressure spiking during the day but it doesn't wake me out of a deep sleep. Nor do I want the Stones at night. Give us more choices! It is great to be able to text nursing back securely and the "close the loop" of communication, confirming that notifications have been received.
Very poor app
Dark background messages are unreadable. Push notifications do not work at all so I get texts that a patient has called but I do not get a notification. How hard can it be to fix these things??
