How does the one rep max system work I have 435 as my max deadlift and It has me doing 140 for 3 reps am I doing something wrong

Flexible enough for lifters

The app is flexible with planning and tracking. I chose a 5x5 program to begin with and customized my own weight lifting program to follow up the next month. Whenever I feel I can lift more, I adjust the weight for the entire workout at once, not in every separate set. Basically, all other apps I tried required me to fit into the box and this doesen't, it's flexible and less entrywork. To make it even easier, please add bulk actions with each workout, not only week.

Seems like a great app but I’m confused

I’m new to lifting and this app seems like exactly what I’m looking for. However, I’m confused on the weight measurements. I put my 1RM for bench press as 175 pounds and its saying that I should be lifting 55lbs at a time? Is this the measurement per side or total? It just seemed really low, maybe I’m thinking about it wrong? Any clarification would be so helpful, thank you in advance.
