I have my previous apartment meter number added. But now i have moved to another apartment and I'm unable to add the new apartment meter number. Other than the above problem, the app is very useful and very helpful. I can view bill history and see statistical graphs on my usage. However, sometimes the app tends to crash when opening. This is very minor problem which can be solved with a bug fix update. It's been more than 9 months that we have not received any update on the app. I'm waiting for an updated version of the app.

After the recent update, I'm unable to add my account. After writing all the details, all the information gets deleted and a message pops up saying unable to add account. I have emailed them WITH SCREENSHOTS a week ago, still no reply from them. What useless bunch of people. What's the point of customer service if you can't provide one!

Able to check the bill, group the accounts and see the total separately, view the history of the past 11 months and pay online.Please have the app select and pay multiple accounts same as the STELCO Eportal, view the official bill not in Crome or Safari website but in the app when selecting the PDF. When selecting the PDF in the app it opens the web browser to see the official bill.Still a good app.
